The person submitting this application, hereby requests to reserve booth space for Rustic Outlet’s 2nd Saturday Mountain Madness for the daily fee of $25.  It is understood that the “Show Terms and Conditions” below are accepted and agreed to.  All vendor spaces are to be paid before the event begins.  The Rustic Outlet reserves the right to reject any application.  All merchandise is subject to final approval by the Rustic Outlet.  No food products are allowed at the market.

Exhibit Hours:  10:00 am to 5:00 pm (vendors must not tear down until after 5:00 pm).  Vendors can set up the morning of the event beginning at 8:00 am.

Insurance and Liability:  Rustic Outlet Inc, Johnson and Company Real Estate and the Village Square HOA shall not be responsible for loss or damage incurred by the exhibitor by any cause whatsoever.  The exhibitor can obtain their own theft insurance if it is desired.  The exhibitor agrees to protect and save, harmless Rustic Outlet Inc,  Johnson and Company Real Estate and the Village Square HOA against any and all claims for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from the activities of the exhibitor, his agents, employees or guests, defend Rustic Outlet Inc,  Johnson and Company Real Estate and the Village Square HOA against any and all such claims, and to reimburse and indemnify Rustic Outlet Inc,  Johnson and Company Real Estate and the Village Square HOA for any loss, damage, expense, or payment suffered thereby.
